*1. When the presenter gives the whiteboard writing controls to a user,
that user's controls bar is not showing drawing controls. They will show up
only when the user opens a new whiteboard.

=> cannot duplicate, did try with trunk, and moderator giing a user access
to the whiteboard + giving the user moderation role + vice versa.
The toolbar was always correctly displayed for the user if he had the right
to see it.
*2. When the Presenter removes the white board writing controls from a
user, the controls are not hidden. But any control the user clicks on, its
only displaying a pointer at that point.*
=> cannot duplicate either
