Hi Anand,

the video codec is h.263 that the Flash Player produces. There are no
other options available no matter what Flash Player Version you are
using.
Flash Player can playback h.264 but it cannot produce that from the
webcam. It can only produce h.263.

The Audio is currently NellyMoser propretary. This might change with
the next version of Openmeetings where you can be able to switch the
audio codec to Speex, however there is currently no such option
available.
