Ps 2: The other possibility would be that you build your own "Encoder"
using FFMPEG and for example Xuggler.
But I guess as FFMPEG now can produce FLV natively you can even directly use it.
However using FFMPEG and other 3th party tools will require you some
deeper knowledge of those tools of course.
