Sorry, but the NOTICE file contains unnecessary information; it is for *required* notices only. That means it should only refer to items which are actually included in the relevent artifact. Also, for such included items it must only include whatever is the *required* notice; this is generally a short copyright paragraph, but may sometimes be nothing.
