I guess you either missed installing GhostScript which is necessary to
generate thumbnails of the uploaded PDF or you did install GhostScript into
a deep nested sub-folder of your system.
Try to install GhostScript under C:/gs or something like that and retry
that. Normally the GhostScript installer automatically adds its new location
to the %PATH% variable in windows and the next conversion should proceed
then without errors.
