Thanks, Sebastian. It was pointing to the wrong place.

However, the install page still refused to go to STEP2. After many tries, I
found out that the BOINC utility on that server was interfering with
openmeetings. Disabling BOINC appears to have cleared the problem and we can
now log in to the new version.

Is there a way to import the user list from the previous version?
