Thanks Piotr for reply. I have only one organization right now. Within
organization if two users want to have a video chat, how can we
achieve it without creating any rooms/organizations. Whatever solution
you provided in last paragraph is best only thing is room should get
automatically created. How can we achieve it?
Thanks
Prashant
It looks to me, that you're trying to use a conference platform as a
kind of video-telephone (something like Skype for example). OpenMeetings
was not meant for such application (it is rather like IRC then ICQ), but
it is very much customisable, so it can be done.
It is possible to create automatically rooms, users etc. from another
application. This functionality (SOAP interface) was meant to be used to
integrate OpenMeetings with some other software (eg. portals or
e-learning platform like Moodle, CRMs like SugarCRM etc.).
To use it, you have to make some programming or to find a kind of script
or program ready to use.
If you want to use OpenMeetings as an "instant communicator" look at the
documentation at:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/InstantCommunication
You can find documentation on using SOAP interface at:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/MainPage#Integration_Guide_-_SOAP_Gateway_and_Direct_Access_to_Rooms

Piotr
