Where in Joomla shall users create conference rooms? Who has access to the conference rooms? Where on the website shall the links to the conference rooms be displayed? What happens with the recordings user make in the conference room? You normally can only access them from openmeetings, shall the user be able to place a link to a recording he made via Joomla on the website? What kind of server do you have? You need a dedicated server with minimum 2-4 GB Ram and 2-3 Dual Core or Quad core CPU. We prefer using Debian. What kind of Joomla website do you have, is it customized or 99% standard? => the usual answer is that 50% is to be customized to whatever way they need. So there *can* be no standard package that fullfills every need. Just think about the recording part, there can be no single way to do that.
