I would suggest that you read the output carefully and debug your red5 startup script.
However I wonder where you copied that script from ? We can hardly give advice or help you with a script that you have copied somewhere or written on your own. I can still only recommend to follow the official installation guide in our wiki. We do not provide any official red5 script for the init.d section.
