I think we had a kind of discussion yesterday already?

OpenMeetings already contains a red5 server, it is no required to download
it separately.
Also the version you've downloaded is incompatible with OpenMeetings.

If you would just do the things that are mentioned at:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/InstallationOpenMeetings

You would not run into this Issue.
Nowhere in our Installation documentation it is described what you are
doing.
