I upgraded to version 1.8.2 and still has the same problem.
In red5.log appears:
INFO o.r.server.stream.ProviderService - File was null or did not
exist: UPLOADFLV_3.flv
It seems that ffmpeg is correctly installed:
ffmpeg version N-32423-ged14517, Copyright (c) 2000-2011 the FFmpeg
developers
built on Sep 9 2011 10:32:39 with gcc 4.4.3
