Hi, I have checked *addRoomWithModerationAndRecordingFlags*
This method call is okay from my point of view. Did you check the column allowRecording in the Rooms table after invoking the SOAP API call *addRoomWithModerationAndRecordingFlags* ? Is it really false or NULL ?!
