The same situation is on my case, same error. Verified on new installation of the openmeetings (release 4518). Verified on Moodle 1.9.12 with plugin ver. 0.9 and on Moodle 2.1 with plugin version 1.3. Room is created but no access to it from Moodle. P.S.: Thanks for the project.
