I opened xampp - phpMyadmin and created a new database "hola" collation and mysql connection collation utf8_general_ci and did the same as u as u mentioned in above example, but now im getting step 1 installation page and after filling up the page when i click at INSTALL, a white/blank page is stuck at step 2, after doing again n again the same problem occuring..
