Greenes, Apologies, this is an issue with OpenMeetings in general, not an issue with your "ISO LIVE DVD OpenMeetings 2.0 on Ubuntu 12.04". By the way, thanks for creating this ISO.
To create a new email and report the issue I that I was experiencing, I had clicked on your email and selected "Reply" to get the email address "[email protected]", and then forgot to clear the subject line. It was my mistake. And thank you for the comment about "the first time you get out of a room", I did a new installation, and retested, a) with the Administrator account and it was not the first time I had logged in with this account, but it was the second and third times that it happened, and then it would not happened again under this user account. b) Using your suggestion I tried another account, and like you said, it only occurred the first time and at first I was unable to get it to happen again. But then I persisted, and keep trying. It then happened several times again, and at time with different "tools tips" messages, of the type of tool tips that appear for the Whiteboard user control icons. I am unable to determine a way for this issue to be repeatable, but I know that it happens, just I have been unable to identify just what sequence of actions can trigger it. Since at first it seems like it would only happen "the first time you get out of a room", I cleared the browser cache, but then it would not happen the next time I logged in. However much repeated testing did cause it to happen several more times over about 40 tests. The issue is very random to produce. I have no idea how any developer could find and fix such a random happening. Please if anyone can determine why this is happening and how to reproduce it on demand, please let us all know.
