I downloaded and finished installing successfully. Here's my steps. 1. Download binary file from repository (second one) 2. Extract file with tar xvfz ... to some directory (mine: /root/servers/red5) 3. Set environment variable RED5_HOME to /root/servers/red5 4. Edit mysql_persistence.xml in $RED5_HOME/webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/classes/META-INF - modified mysql login information 5. Execute red5-debug.sh 6. Access openmeetings installation page http://myserver:5080/openmeetings/install That's all. I can login to my openmeetings server now.
