That's my resistive x100 probe which has an impedance of only 5kOhm,
so it affects pull-ups. If I use a capacitative probe (and its long
leads), the signal just drowns in ambiental noise.

Hmm, that's a good idea. I think I'll have to sacrifice one of the
capacitative probes to give it really short leads ...
