CARE is an open source project, part of a bigger initiative called PRoot.
It's available here on github (https://github.com/proot-me/PRoot) and
welcoming new contributors if you want to get your hands dirty in there :)

We provide binaries (using this project
https://github.com/proot-me/proot-static-build) because it's not
straightforward to build but you can build it on your own if you wish.
