Jörn Kottmann updated OPENNLP-18:
---------------------------------

    Description:
Make the License and Notice files comply with Apache rules. Files might be
missing, placed incorrect or made in a way that they are not comply with Apache
rules.

It seems like they must be placed in the following places:
- Inside the binary distribution
- Inside the source distribution
- Inside jar files which are distributed via maven

was:Make the License and Notice files comply with Apache rules. Files might
be missing, placed incorrect or made in a way that they are not comply with
Apache rules.

Are that all the places, or did I miss something ?

What is the best practice to inject the NOTICE and LICENSE file into a jar ?
