Jorn,
I have verified that the LICENSE and NOTICE files are all being properly
handled for apache items.
I also saw that about JWNL.
I'm not sure we are allowed to distribute this without a LICENSE and/or NOTICE
about the differring licensing issues with JWNL.
I can dig more into that, if you want.
