Not only the name finder. Name finder is fine with the XML descriptor, and
we can add feature generators using the custom element.  It would be nice to
have something like that in other tools, like SentenceDetector.

I think I can start working with OPENNLP-78. It will help to understand how
to use the dictionary implementation in other tools: I see that there is a
concept of dictionary resource with a key and that is not clear to me.
