The proposed EvaluationMonitor interface makes it difficult for other use cases 
to track what was changed. To "understand" the change an implementor would need 
to parse the provided string.

I think we should make interfaces which can report the individual errors in a 
more structured way, it will be easy to make one for the F-Measure classes, and 
for the cases where we use an accuracy score.
