Regarding reading/writing from the CS I wrote two separate UIMA components (a
CollectionReader for reading and a CAS Consumer for writing) but I wonder if a
'pure' Annotator which can do both read and write (also in the middle of a
pipeline) would be a better fit for the CorpusServer.
