The collection reader should read, from a task queue (that is not tested yet).
The queue then provides the ids for the CASes it should retrieve from the
server. Maybe we should just add more management features to the CS,
configurable index and database directories, etc.
Well the index creation flag change should not be necessary, I fixed that
already, can you point me to the line, where you needed to change the flag? It
is now written in to the Lucas properties file.
Do you mind to attach your code, then I can have a look.
