It never good to mix jiras, it is much easier for everyone to participate if
changes are done per jira only. Changes and refactoring which don't fit into
the current jira should be done under a new jira (e.g. extending the intro
section of the documentation, doing typo fixing and other changes).
I did split up the documentation changes and committed them under the actual
jiras as good as possible.
