Replace all cli editing of basic xml configuration files for polling,
discovery, capsd, etc to a simple UI will make a huge jump. But after a
first pass it will seem very much like a feature missing NMS since it will
be half baked. I think replacing cli editing of xml files with the UI needs
to be done so in one clean sweep as much as possible.

Then again who am I...I don't program I only script.
