If libbfb.dll is an assembly (as opposed to being a win32 native dll)
something is rather wrong. I guess it's a win32 build of ObexFTP trunk
(upcoming 0.23).
I'll build a proper win32 package of ObexFTP with the upcoming 0.23
release, but not today.

There will be no C#-binding or special code in ObexFTP. I did some
testing with SWIG's C# wrappers and it didn't work out.
However, I added one simple function to the ObexFTP API for 0.23 now
and coded a C#-binding by hand (single file, managed code only). This
will be available to include into projects. I assume Eric already uses
a pre-release here. SVN trunk of ObexFTP would be needed until 0.23 is
released.

best,
Christian
