Remove the .security_init entry from bluetooth_funcs struct in src/net/btobex.c and recompile. obexpushd-0.8 only allows either transport level security or obex authentication. With current SVN, you can do both with an additional parameter -A. Obex authentication is untested in all versions and thus highly experimental. I would be very happy if you are able to debug the code on problems. I do not have any clients available that can use this.
