I couldn't get an Olimex LPC-P2129 board to work, but finally have (I
think). I'm using an Olimex ARM USB TINY H.

First, had to change the CPUTAPID to 0x4f1f0f0f

Oddly, that looks to have been its setting in the past and I've not
figured out why it was changed. Maybe for newer NXP 2129 chips?
(Can't say I'm convinced.)

Then, all I could ever get was:
Error: timed out while waiting for target halted

(no matter how many variants I tried of reset, soft_reset_halt etc)

I wondered if it was the (Rev C, 2010) board's 14.7456MHz xtal, so I
tweaked the config - but no better.

Finally, I stumbled on this old item:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.debugging.openocd.devel/8432/match=2129

which has useful comments about the functioning of NXP LPC chips as well
as showing OpenOCD used to use:
srst_pulls_trst
but no longer does. I added it and now the traget halts OK.

I feel the comments would be worth adding back, into lpc2xxx.cfg I suppose.

There's still a bug during shutdown, which looks like it's dropping into
init_targets, but I've yet to investigate.
