Hmm... On my website you have a tutorial but it's in Polish, so all you 
can use is google translate... Most important things will be 
understandable anyway [;

There are also sample projects for download with complete configuration...

To summarise in English - you need:
- toolchain (use CodeSourcery package or Linaro package)
- OpenOCD
- Eclipse for C/C++ developers
- Eclipse plugin from Eclipse repository - GDB Hardware Debugging Plugin.

Import sample project directly from zip archive to Eclipse and see how 
it all works - the configuration steps described in the article are with 
English names anyway so you'll probably understand. Do note that some 
info there is outdated...

You can also try www.yagarto.de for English info - the toolchain 
configuration is the same, Michael just doesn't use OpenOCD so you skip 
this step. You're just interested in step 3 then...
