Just want to inform you that libusb-1.0.13 has been released.
You can download the Windows binary here.

You can use the original ST driver (WinUSB based) and replace
the libuxbx 1.0.12 dll (libusb-1.0.dll) with the one from version
1,0.13 (32bit) and try again.
