Instead of logging in with another OpenID, essentially creating a new user,
log in with your "real" (MyOpenID) account. Click your name in top right
corner, settings, identity, link another identity. You should be able to
add another OpenID identity to the same user and thereafter log in as any
of them. That said, I haven't been able to do that. Probably because I,
like you, have tried logging in with the new OpenID before linking it to
the previous user. But gerrit has been updated since so maybe they've fixed
that problem.

You could always be your own provider if you think that's worth setting up.
Might be easier to just block the offending cookies in the browser. I've
stopped caring, myself.
