IIRC libusb-win32 lacks some (filter?) support for composite devices
and FT2232H is one of those. Or probably there was some other silly
issue. I have a feeling ftdi driver can not be used on Windows with
libusb-win32, we discussed that before and came to the conclusion and
documented that in README.Windows.
