Testing not going so well. I can't do any access to memory at all with
the latest git openocd. It fails whenever I try an access to RAM with
errors like:

  JTAG-DP OVERRUN - check clock, memaccess, or reduce jtag speed

  Failed to read memory and, additionally, failed to find out where
  JTAG-DP STICKY ERROR

  MEM_AP_CSW 0x800000c2, MEM_AP_TAR 0xc230108c
  error
