Personally I would say it is still need for users that have more than one
CMSIS-DAP adapter fitted. I do agree that this is not the case for most people
so would class this as an advanced feature.

There is no way to call cmsis_dap_vid_pid command.
As the script execution will be failed in cmsis_dap_usb_open() (in
cmsis_dap_init() ).
