Kent, I don't have any concrete input left. :/ But if you have the possibility of trying a completely different machine (for instance a laptop), it might help taking it outside your firewall and use a different DNS service (perhaps OpenDNS). If it all runs on top of Windows7, it could be a configuration problem there. I know nothing about Windows7, so someone else would have to chip in there.
