It might not be related, but recently, while reading about flash-programming in RM0090, I came across section 3.6.2, which mentions restrictions on PSIZE values, according to supply voltage. I haven't come across this issue, but it might be possible to trigger the problem by doing something similar to this: 1: Disable the watchdog and using a variable power-supply and set the voltage level low (perhaps 2.7V, assuming PSIZE 2 is used). 2: Reduce the current to a value, which just allows you to flash-program the device. 3: Turn on watchdog and try again.
