There is a "Data brief" (not a "datasheet"), but it's quite informative anyway:

Unfortunately, there's no details on the programming algorithm, but there is 
information on memory size, peripheral base addresses, etc.
Flash interface is still at address 0x40023c00, so it might be backwards 
compatible.

The parts also support Quad-SPI.
As far as I know, the parts should be quite similar to the STM32F4xx (except 
for the Cortex-M7 core of course), so any deviations in the flash-programming 
are probably minimal.
