Yes. they are the same. ^^
Since I tried to fix why there is no chage-id when I "git commit -a",
I re-make them several times.

After I delete the previous clone openocd repository and following the
HACKING to re-create the repository.
I can see change-id again.
But I found each commit will make a new topic.
If I want to keep the modification on the same topic, should I hand
make the change-id to keep the same as previous one?
