I've kept the 'flash write_image' for a while, in order to be "backwards
compatible" and because in the beginning there were a few issues with 'program'.
-But being backwards compatible really serves no purpose, because if I ever
release my IDE, it will be with a more recent version of OpenOCD. ;)
As the issues with 'program' have gone, I'll update my config files
(unfortunately, I have a whole bunch of them).
