Actually
There are two patch related to Cortex M7 and STM32F7 under rewiew.

http://openocd.zylin.com/#/c/2784/
the flash driver and a patch to have Cortex M7 breakpoint. The last patch
permit to have floating point register in cortex_m7.
The breakpoint cannot work without the patch 2786.
The Workbench OpenSTM32 use a openocd with these patches.
