I don't think the existing "64bit" changes are sufficient, they are missing
some key features that are required to debug things at a 'system-on-a-chip'
level.
The current changes *ONLY* address an 64bit number.
What is missing is this:
How to manage the cache, should it be cleaned, Flushed, or not flushed?
On or Off?
Should the VM be enabled or disabled?
Should the transfer be done at a different CPU mode (or arm EL_LEVEL 0,
1,2 or 3)
Should the CPU be "secure" or "non-secure" during the transfer?
