Hi, Now it is pretty easy to build libusb/libftdi/hidapi/openocd under Windows using MSYS2. On the other hand, some users may not want to use MSYS2, that is why the Windows binaries provided by Freddie Chopin is still very popular. http://www.freddiechopin.info/en/download/category/4-openocd
Freddie also provided some development version last time but he has not done so for a while. Since I just build libftdi git a few days ago, I thought it might be a good idea to build openocd git as well. So here it is. https://sourceforge.net/projects/picusb/files/?source=navbar Under OpenOCD folder, download the following file. openocd-0.10git_18June2018.7z +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Date of compilation: 18-June-2018 Xiaofan Chen <xiaofanc AT gmail dot com) Please use OpenOCD mailing list for support. I do not reply to technical questions through private email. To use OpenOCD under Windows, you may need to install libusb and supported drivers unless your adapter is using HID or WinUSB drivers. Take note this version does not support usbdk backend due to the change in libusb-1.0.22. The copyright information about OpenOCD, hidapi, libftdi1 and libusb are inside the Copyright directory. The source code of OpenOCD 0.10+ git, libftdi1-1.4git, hidapi 0.8.0rc1 and libusb-1.0.22 release for the build are also included in the src directory. Tools used to build this package: MSYS2 up to date as of 18-June-2018 (gcc 7.3) ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ -- Xiaofan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ OpenOCD-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openocd-devel
