Liviu Iionescu's GNU MCU Eclipse docker based build process is also another
easy (in my experience) to use way to build for multiple platforms
(linux/windows 32/64 and macos):

Please use OpenOCD mailing list for support. I do not

To use OpenOCD under Windows, you may need to install libusb
and supported drivers unless your adapter is using HID
or WinUSB drivers.
Take note this version does not support usbdk backend due
to the change in libusb-1.0.22.
The copyright information about OpenOCD, hidapi, libftdi1
and libusb are inside the Copyright directory.
The source code of OpenOCD 0.10+ git, libftdi1-1.4git, hidapi 0.8.0rc1
and libusb-1.0.22 release for the build are also included in the
src directory.
Tools used to build this package:
