Yes, I didn't spend so much time sorting out the commands; surely some
of them do not deserve any effort.

Exactly one year ago (Nov 2020) I contacted AndesTech to ask for a
sample of the AICE adapter to help me on OpenOCD adapter's reworks.
They proposed to send me one AICE and one NDS32.
As far as I understand NDS32 has a generic JTAG interface, while AICE
is kind of HLA for NDS32 only.
But so far I have not received anything.
I can try to ping them again. But frankly speaking I could be
interested in keeping the AICE driver up-to-date, but supporting the
NDS32 target is definitively too much for me.

We already document the commands "arp_*", these could be briefly
listed too as internal commands.
