Discovering the syntax to use 'jtag drscan' is not super intuitive :

> jtag drscan
wrong # args: should be "jtag drscan wrong arguments"
~~~
Compare to another command :
~~~
> jtag configure
wrong # args: should be "<tap_name> <attribute> ..."
~~~
The source code mostly clarified what was expected, but IMO room for
improvement.
