Hi Marc, Antonio and all,

I would also like to vote for inclusion of
https://review.openocd.org/c/openocd/+/9506 - trivial change that fixes Clang
build on Windows.

I also recommend to add Clang Windows build job to Jenkins. Who has the
permissions to do that? How can I help to make this happen?

Thanks,
Jan

Hi Antonio,

Thank you for taking care of the v1.0 release!

In my opinion these patches should be merged before v1.0:

 - https://review.openocd.org/c/openocd/+/9506 (bugfix)
 - https://review.openocd.org/c/openocd/+/9652 (bugfix)
 - https://review.openocd.org/c/openocd/+/9654 (fix docs)
 - https://review.openocd.org/c/openocd/+/9396 (feature, +2/ready)

I just pushed a series of patches to introduce a more consistent
command interface for "remote adapters" (TCP/Unix domain sockets). This
this isn't necessary for v1.0, but it would significantly standardize
the adapter interface - just as we have already done for USB devices.

I would suggest a release cycle of around six months, but that's just
my personal preference. Let me know if you'd like support for the next
releases.

Best regards
Marc
