I also prefer using clang on windows (and not only) for my tests.

Actually I run tests with both clang and gcc.

I use:

- https://xpack-dev-tools.github.io/clang-xpack/
- https://xpack-dev-tools.github.io/gcc-xpack/

which both have windows support.
