Thank you for the patch Michael!  I was about half way through making
changes to make it work when the patch showed up.  I'm just glad it works!

I'm pinned at SVN 1470M right now.  That is what I updated to so I could
apply your flash2.diff patch.

I don't appear to be able to go at full speed reliably.  I'm running
jtag_khz 3000 at the moment.

I started editing the existing board script and had no clue as to why my
init section wasn't being called until Rene posted his script and I looked
closer at it.

I also tried to use jtag_khz 0 for the adaptive clock stuff but OpenOCD said
it wasn't supported.  Does this depend on the board or the interface?  I
have a Amontec JTAGkey and I may be mistaken (as usual) but I thought it
supported adaptive clocks.
