In that case, it is not using FDTI device and the STM32F103
is the debug interface.

The website mentions that it has the following features.
# JTAG debugging over USB connector
# UART comunication to the application over USB connector

Is this still true with your hardware?
It is interesting to see the output of "lsusb -vvv".

In this case, it would not be as easy to work out an OpenOCD
cable driver unless you are willing to do some reverse-engineering.
